See who’s stuckbefore Friday.
Flowmates turns your team’s week into clear signals: what is moving, what has stalled, and where someone has been grinding alone. Everything runs on device.

The problem
Activity is not progress.
Sustained effort on a task that isn’t moving is the shape of a blocker. It looks like a busy week from the outside, which is exactly why nobody asks about it until the deadline does.

interviews
named silent blockers without being asked. Juniors and remote engineers escalate last.
From six interviews with product managers and team leads running distributed teams of five to fifteen people.

Cognitive summary
Friday's report, already written
The week summarized from what actually happened, not from what everyone remembers on Friday afternoon.
Patterns, never scores
Focus depth, switching load and overload signals per stream of work. No ranking, no comparison between people.
Built so your team says yes
Not a surveillance tool.
No keystroke logging, no mouse tracking, no random screenshots, no live feed of anyone's desk. The things Hubstaff and Time Doctor do, Flowmates refuses to do.
Everything stays local.
Flowmates runs on your own machine. Your activity is processed on device, and nothing is uploaded unless you decide to share a report.
Nobody gets ranked.
Flowmates reports on work, not on people. No leaderboard, no individual score, no comparison between teammates. A signal is a fact plus an invitation to talk.
for teams
that can’t see
each other work
For distributed and remote teams, companies that outsource engineering, and scale-ups past ten people — where the status updates arrived but the understanding didn’t.

Before you install
The installer is 1.5 GB because the vision model ships inside it — the agent analyses your activity on the machine, with no network call. It is not code-signed yet, so Windows will warn about an unknown publisher: choose More info → Run anyway.
You will need a team key on first launch. Request one, or read the release notes. An MSI package is available for managed deployments.
Start free. Upgrade when you need more.
Use the local app for free. Upgrade only when you want longer history, richer reports, or shared team tools.
